深蹲博士何渭斌的康複之旅 Dr.Squat, Weibin He's Rehabilitation Journey
何渭斌,中國第一位世界力量舉比賽冠軍,由于他深蹲的技術非常好且理論知識豐富,故在中國許多力量舉運動員、愛好者都尊稱他爲深蹲博士。當然除了深蹲,何老師的卧推和硬拉成績也很棒。由于長時間高強度的訓練和大密度的比賽,何老師的臀部外側肌肉在訓練後會有疼痛。這個疼痛問題一直無法解決,困擾了何老師很久。
Dr.Squat, Weibin He, is the first Chinese world powerlifting champion. Many Chinese powerlifting athletes and big fans call him Dr. Squat because of his excellent squat techniques and theoretical knowledge. Of course other than for squats, he also excels in bench press and deadlift. Due to his high intensity training regiment and frequent competitions, Weibin recently has had pain in his lateral hip muscles after training. This pain problem has been unable to be solved for a long time.

Q:您的疼痛持續了多久?造成疼痛的主要原因是什麽?
A:前前後後也有快兩年了吧。首先這個疼痛并不是因爲技術動作不标準而造成的,我基本上每天都要做力量舉訓練,還得參加比賽,久而久之我的疼痛就出現了。長期大量的訓練可能使我的肌肉有勞損狀況。
Q: How long has the pain last? What are the main causes of pain?
A: It has been almost two years. First of all, the pain is not caused by the lack of correct movement technique. I powerlift almost everyday and have to attend numerous competitions. Overtime it has lead to the pain. Long periods of this high intensity training may have lead to muscle overuse injury.

Q:你來優複的訴求是什麽?
A:因爲我去過很多的公立醫院,醫生們會勸我不要再訓練了甚至會告訴我未來可能動手術。他們是對的,但是我不可能放棄我的力量舉生涯,我認爲運動的損傷需要運動來治療。我在美國和澳大利亞看過兩位物理治療師,他們也很棒,可是我一邊做康複一邊訓練的時候,疼痛并沒有得到好轉。
Q: Why did you come to UP Clinic?
A: Because I have been to a lot of public hospitals, doctors tell me to stop training and maybe even to have surgery in the future.
They are correct, but it is impossible for me to give up my powerlifting career. I believe sports injuries should be treated with sports physical therapy and therapeutic exercise. I have seen two physical therapists in the U.S. and Australia. They are great but the pain still persisted during training.
Q:那我們的物理治療師Cory幫助到您了嗎?
A:Cory非常專業,通過一些對我形體的診斷,判斷出是腘繩肌過度使用後造成肌腱炎。原因是在力量舉訓練中,我的臀中肌弱、通過右側腘繩肌代償,過度使用後造成的疼痛。于是他通過筋膜槍、Trigger point、Cupping放松了我右側的腘繩肌,接下來我們做了很多的彈力繩訓練加強我的臀中肌。整個訓練過程非常棒,我也會帶入到平時的力量訓練中,做練前的激活。每次訓練完之後,我也會注意加強腘繩肌的放松。
Q: So did our physical therapist Cory help you to figure it out?
A: Cory is very professional. Through some assessments of my body, he diagnosed that it was hamstring tendonitis due to the muscle overuse and compensation. During the powerlifting training, my gluteus medius was weak so I had to compensate by the using more of my right side hamstring. That was the reason why I overuse the hamstring and leading to the pain. So he used physical therapy to release my right hamstring by thera-gun myofascial release, Trigger point and cupping. We also did a lot of training with thera-band to reinforce my gluteus medius. The whole training process was fantastic. I will integrate these exercises into my power training program and activate the correct muscles before practice. I also will focus on the hamstring release after training.
